Dense fog on the main highway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi resulted in a smash including 125 cars, buses as well as vans after a speeding car collided into another last Saturday. One person died and more than 60 people were injured. Surprisingly, the wreckage extended for more than 500 meters and the highway was shut for several hours. It was in March 2008 that a similar incident happened on the same stretch of highway and  killed 3 people and 300 were injured.
